Visting the Valmark Orchard Square: Location Review

Recently I visited the project site of Valmark Orchard Square which is in pre-launch phase being offered at 48 Lakhs for a 2BHK, the project offers 2 & 3 BHK normal sized apartments with 2 towers of 17 floors each spread on 2 Acres of Corner property, it is scheduled to be delivered by end of year 2018, with all luxury amenities. Here is update on location.
The construction has not started yet with only fencing completed and marketing materials in place let me elaborate about the location. This property is precisely located in JP Nagar 8th phase on Kothanur Road with a BDA Layout and Loyola College Campus to the south side, to its east it is covered by "Classic Orchards Gated Layout", i think the inspiration for name came from here and this is where you get the best views , so while making the booking try to grab the units which are facing towards this layout as they offer a unrestricted good view, to the north and west (Bus Depot Entrance!) it has a BMTC Bus Depot , now this is the only downside.
Overall the neighborhood is fully developed with a large cluster of reputed schools, shopping amenities, round the clock public transport, scheduled Metro Train matching the delivery date of the project it is a very good investment option, since the sizes of the apartments have been kept normal the price offered in pre-launch is attractive, if you are in a hurry to occupy the flats you may also consider apartments like Platinum Lifestyle, GR Heights, HM Indigo etc which are closeby and will be ready next year.
2BHK Apartment is 1030 to 1080 Sq.ft and 3BHK is 1400 to 1440 Sq.ft.

ReplyDeleteInitially i was planning to book here. But i heard from people who already have bought there through social sites , that they are waiting for official launch last 18 months.The committed official launch was communicated to buyers as September 2015.But still no hope of its launch at all.
