One frank opinion or word of caution i would like to add is that the developer has spent a lot of money on marketing and promotions the premium of which will surely be passed on to the end consumer, so do compare and consider the price with similar projects nearby like Karle Town Center, Shoba City, and numerous Apartment projects which may not be inside a Integrated Campus like Bhartiya City but offer the same connectivity and advantages because of their proximity to developed neighborhoods like Jakkur, Yelahanka, Sahakara Nagar, Hennur Road etc which will offer readily available civic amenities and social infrastructure.

Also before booking make sure to know and inquire about the Maintenance and Development Fees that you might need to shell out from time to time for supporting the Successful management of so many common amenities offered inside the campus, because BBMP will come only to collect taxes and fines and may not care about problems inside a Gated Community.
