Also like Mantri Flora, select few residents of Ozone Evergreens are served with a Panoramic View of Iblur Army Camp Forest (Every Thursday these people also witness the firing drill), Cauvery water is yet to arrive so water is sourced from borewell and outside. The Single Lane Haralur road in its present state is too narrow for the heavy traffic flow but since the distance is only half a kilometer it is not a major concern here, (it also means it is a common problem you can't escape in Bangalore so stop complaining) , also Evergreens overlooks Vivero pre-school and many other good schools like Vibgyor School etc.
